magenta88 supports deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank), and other payment methods as made available on the Platform from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). You agree that all funds deposited into your magenta88 account are your own funds, obtained through legal means, and are not derived from any illegal activity. magenta88 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds at any time.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or denial.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to magenta88's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
